Doesn't the University of Texas operate on the funds from big oil and gas? Like everything else in Texas. Why are they shooting themselves in the foot? Or is it just a very self righteous foot!
I thought that Texas had “outlawed” firms in that state from adherence to ESG, as doing so was in direct conflict with their fiduciary duties to their shareholders best interests?
ESG is a nothing more than a Trojan Horse for a complete capture of the energy industry as a whole, even if it means destroying the very infrastructure that is essential to power the country.
I firmly believe they want to Nationalize our energy sector (along with every other vital utility), via some manufactured energy crisis they themselves will create, such as placing a total stranglehold on production, and/ or a plot to default on our debt, which would destroy the dollar and result in introducing an entirely new economic structure.
These people are not just delusional, they are beyond diabolical.
I would not put anything past them at this point to gain even greater power and control over every single aspect of our lives.
You're right. I just learned that one of the fund managers UTIMCO uses is wholly owned by BlackRock, a company on the boycott list. There's not an enforcement mechanism in law and UTIMCO has an 'out' if there's an increase in cost. I doubt that's the case since the Permanent School Fund divested $8.5B from BlackRock and found fund managers based in Texas that aren't woke. Surely, UTIMCO could do the same.
