All government Subsidies, as well as all federal grant monies, especially to shady NGO’s, should be ended immediately.

Time for Texas to cancel the CH 312 subsidies for renewables, just like they did for the School Tax Limitations - CH 313. There is no benefit to local communities to have wind and solar facilities - or batteries. Now the parasites want to run a few sheep and get to keep their ag. exemptions on the land... but hey we have landowner rights to consider... what about neighboring landowner rights!!! Local community rights?
I am all for landowner rights, but lets consider everyone. People are spending their life savings suing to preserve their way of life and their property from damages.
SB 624, the bill the senate approved last time, if it comes back will take away everyone's rights and hand an even bigger piece of the pie to renewables, I hope that dies! It is not good legislation!
If we get anything - what we need is setbacks/firebreaks.

Big win for South Dakota, who resoundingly voted down Senate Bill 201, named Referred Law 21 on the Nov. ballot. The people of SD have spoken. Carbon Capture & Sequestration is entirely funded by the federal government through 45Q tax credits. The Government should not be picking the winners and losers by funding a private company (that is not a common carrier), to take land from citizens by eminent domain.
All plains states should collectively end this boondoggle, but Doug Bergum (former ND governor, and now appointed to Trump's cabinet as the Secretary of Interior) is working against the people to get the CO2 pipeline through. As such, the North Dakota PUC approved Summit Carbon Solutions' permit this week, giving them the go-ahead to transport the dangerous pressurized CO2 through their state.
South Dakota is the stop gap and we will keep fighting against this. CO2 is only dangerous when it's captured, pressurized, and transported 4 feet underground, in an effort to address the fake climate change, known as the green new deal.
