What do they suppose their climate and economy would be without hydrocarbons. Let’s experiment by following Jeff’s plan and withhold all carbon based fuels, or at the very least, price in the litigation cost and risk so they feel the pain sooner then later.

Wonder if the alohans would change their tune if we just withheld shipments to them - of everything as it uses hydrocarbons and would damage the climate. The judge eddins has fad one too many mai tai’s.

This whole thing feels less like environmental policy and more like a blueprint for regulatory warfare. If a single state can weaponize lawsuits to push a national agenda, especially one voters consistently reject at the ballot box,it sets a dangerous precedent. I’m all for responsible energy transition, but not by bulldozing legal norms and ignoring constitutional limits. And if Par Hawaii was conveniently left out of the suit despite being the biggest local emitter, it’s hard not to see this as selective prosecution shaped by political donations. That’s not climate justice,it’s just power politics.
